ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS.
At Unique.by.tee all products are handmade meaning some products may come with bubbles, the product is in no way damaged nor impacted by these bubbles it is just part of the curing process when using epoxy resin.

Upon browsing our site if you see an item you like of which is out of stock please get in contact and we can re-create the product. Although we will use the same products and techniques to create your product please note resin is a fluid art of which means every product is unique to itself and no product can be truly replicated.
HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR PRODUCTS.
To clean your product use a warm, damp soft micro-fibre cloth.
Store product out of direct sunlight.
Do not store products in garden, products have not been designed for outside use.
AVOID HEAT / NAKED FLAMES NEAR PRODUCTS - Products are not heat-resistant, and are not suitable for use near heat or naked flames. Such use is a fire hazard. Products such as candle holders will come supplied with electronic tea-light candles for use within products.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS.
We currently offer two courier options at Unique.By.Tee, you can select your chosen courier upon checkout. Shipping (UK) Royal Mail Signed 2nd Class: £4.20 and once dispatched will be a signed for 48hr delivery service or Shipping (UK) Hermes Standard Delivery: £3 and once dispatched shall be delivered between 3-4 business days.

Products are non-refundable. If there is a problem with product upon arrival, please get in contact within 7 days of receiving your product.
